WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

" Before participating in Sofia's group, I had limited knowledge on the numerous career strategies that exist and how to effectively navigate work politics. After our sessions, I strengthened my interviewing skills/techniques, had a better understanding of how to "play the game", and learned strategies to help me advance my career and grow professionally.

Sofia's wealth of knowledge and expertise, along with her kind personality and easy-going manner, make her a pleasure to work with. She took into account cultural and familial values and how this impacts our identity and work, which is something that our community truly needs.

I highly recommend working with Sofia if you have the opportunity to."
