Dr. Sofia B. Pertuz is a workplace culture strategist, consultant, and certified executive coach who has led organizational transformations in a uniquely varied career spanning over 25 years within higher education, nonprofit and corporate organizations. As the founder and lead strategist of Mainstream Insight, LLC, Sofia partners with organizations to deliver tailored inclusion and leadership advisory services that drive inclusive excellence. Sofia has served in executive level roles including, Managing Director for Inclusion and Leadership Development for Billie Jean King Enterprises and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the Jed Foundation.

 

Sofia is an internationally recognized speaker on change management, social justice, mental health, Latina/o/x identity, and LGBTQ+ advocacy, delivering keynotes in both English and Spanish. Holding a PhD from Seton Hall University, Sofia is also a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management and a Certified Diversity Executive®.
