Career Strategy Group
Dr. Pertuz is an ICF certified executive coach who draws from over 25 years of professional experience and her research to create a focused career strategy group coaching program. Career-minded Latinas are invited to learn how to recognize their values, track and communicate their accomplishments effectively, and to negotiate their maximum earnings. Sofia knows firsthand that women of color encounter barriers as they navigate careers in toxic work environments. She shows aspiring leaders that with preparation and research, these barriers can be circumvented or knocked down.
Mission
Provide informed, insightful, and actionable career strategies and connections to position Latinas to recognize their brilliance and effectively share their accomplishments to become well-positioned and prepared to advance and excel professionally.

6 Power Sessions
Weekly content delivered virtually via Zoom on a variety of career related topics. Sessions last for about one hour and 30 minutes. (Session recordings shared for participants wanting to revisit or not able to attend)
Coaching Sessions
Each participant will schedule an individual 60-minute focused career strategy session with Sofia to discuss career goals, resume and LinkedIn profile.
Quick Check-Ins
Participants will have access to text or email Sofia quick career related questions.
Insight Partners
Participants can opt in to be assigned an “Insight Partner” to connect and discuss topics between sessions.
